Perhaps in the literal sense he didn't, but I think you'll agree the piece far more musically cohesive than a lot of the stuff being called an album today. Why are you being so impolite about such a simple disagreement?

 

By the way; I cannot believe I failed to mention 'Deloused in the Comatorium' or 'The Soft Bulletin'. I suppose it's just a matter of not having enough space. Oh well.
