QBLA Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 nah... not for me. i've been doing the "plain black tee" thing lately. i've been getting 3 to a pack calvin klien v necks and slash necks and the ones that snap buttons to your chest and you leave it open. i went to ross the other day and bought all the white ones they had on the rack so i can silk screen them later. We only made the site in one day because we work full time and also run an online magazine called Creative Boom. Phew! It's starting very small because of our limited budget. I so wish we could make more tees and make it even better. But it's one of those things. I've taken your feedback on board and totally agree. We're seeing it as a work-in-progress and will continue to make improvements as we go along. In fact, we've just done a few this evening. And Tom's gonna sort the Vote page so it's loads, loads better. Macca - I've added the original artwork alongside the products - is that better? :) I hope it's a lot clearer anyways. Nipped out to my local post office and sorted 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Should be with you tomorrow or Wednesday. Really hope you like them. Like I said.. I don't claim to be a genius and it's only me running the shop to be honest. Had a pretty sleepless night on Friday before the launch. It was a bit nerve-wracking coz it's a new thing we're trying and we're not sure if it's gonna work. I guess I've always loved Threadless but didn't appreciate the shipping costs. I've been waiting for someone in the UK to start something similar but they always seem to charge between £15-£25 and I think that's WAY too much for a tee. It's greedy if anything. Will see how it goes anyway - it came about from Creative Boom. This magazine I run in my spare time. It's gotten pretty big over the past eight months.
