  1. Yep, for about the last two weeks. I've only been playing Save The World mode though, which is still quite addictive. It's like Minecraft, Left 4 Dead, and Borderlands melded together. Of course Battle Royale is the more popular mode, being that it's basically a free version of PUBG. But I prefer solo/co-op play against computer enemy hordes.
  2. Orangina. Is it pronounced the way I think it is?
  3. If it's any consolation, I have to listen to screaming kids every Sunday night.
  4. Is it just me, or are fries the latest dank food
  5. Woke up screaming this morning with a sharp cramp in my left shin, but it only lasted about two seconds. Still aches though, and likely will for the rest of the day.
  6. Because he feeds the bottled-up rage of the millennial Pepe-worshiping alt-right edge bros, as well as the scorning attitude from the retired Fox News primary audience old farts towards anyone who's not a white Christian.
  7. Locals go hunting with real rifles as well. But when they are not hunting, the gun and the ammunition must be stored at the local police station. Men all know how to use at least basic rifles because of the conscription. Every South Korean man serves in the military, it used to be almost 3 years but I believe is down to 2. The first month (not sure on the exact length) is basic training - so learning how to shoot, live in the wilderness etc. Also I totally didn't catch the Moonie link, but not surprising to learn of it. I can't even begin to tell you the number of arguments i had with jesus freaks on the subway in Seoul. Christianity is only big there because they believe that since America (the big powerful nation that "saved" them from the North Koreans) is Christian nation, they must be Christian too. And yes the South Koreans who moved to the US up until the turn of the millennium did tend to the conservative side very strongly. Bunch of fucking nutjobs. I see. Sounds like the same rules on the military installation where I work, where active duty residents have to keep their guns and ammo in a separate storage facility. There's a sizeable Korean population in my city, and we have at least one Korean worship church. But the ones living here all seem pretty level-headed.
  8. Slowing getting into this. Still playing Slay the Spire. :P Will prob get this (Into the Breach) for the weekend, looks like fun. Added it to my Steam wishlist, but I'm gonna be tight on funds all next week. It does look like fun though. In the meantime, Fortnite has been growing more addictive over the past couple of days. The co-op campaign mode, that is.
  9. Also, did you name him Gabe by chance? Latest FWP is after watching a three-part unofficial documentary of Christian Weston Chandler on YouTube, I feel like some stones are better left unturned. While I can empathize with the feelings that he had regarding women in his early 20s, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself if I'd gone to the lengths of desperation that he did. But that's as much detail about CWC as I'm comfortable with disclosing. I feel that I found out more about him than I wanted to basically.
  10. I thought civilian ownership of firearms was prohibited in RoK? I've heard that locals go deer hunting with air rifles though.
  11. It's like that Rage Against The Machine - Nuns With Guns photo
  12. IIRC gun sales spiked back in Nov 2012 when Obama got re-elected thanks to Trump's soon-to-be supporters. Ironic indeed.
  13. Dammit, I was gonna make some comment about how Soros-funded SJW amphibious confirmed bachelor globalist cucks are gonna burst out of the Earth's crust and create a web-linked pheromone cloud network, and then launch a coordinated assault on our 2nd Amendment rights and make us march in lockstep to the Soviet anthem when we least expect it. That's what I get for being slow on the draw.
  14. Make Poop, not War. Seriously, poop grows trees and crops. Poop is the answer.
  15. Moka pot huh. Looks like you can get them for cheap, too. I've been using a French press for the last three years, but I wonder if moka is a better option. Main problem with a French press is the residual mud at the bottom of the cup when you reach the bottom.
  16. I remember about five years ago you posted something about requesting that members leave feedback on ten different tracks before uploading their own. And I remember Joyrex seemed to be on board with it at the time. I think it did trigger a spike in YLC activity for at least two or three months. I've been guilty of straying from YLC altogether the last two years though. Perhaps it's time I check it out again. Latest FWP is I woke up this morning to find a large "cyst" in my wall underneath a roof leak. I think it's no coincidence after the massive dump of snow we got over the past day. I made a small puncture in and managed to bleed most of the water out, but now it's all wrinkled. Guess I could strip out the cyst area at some point and re-paint it, but I'm afraid the patch job would appear obvious afterwards.
  17. Just snagged the original Red Faction for 75 percent off on Steam. Haven't played it since high school, though I have no idea where the original CD-ROM is. What I found most memorable wasn't necessarily the destructive environments, but the uber-janky dialogue. My plan for later is to get drunk first, and then include the bluntest possible commentary whilst playing and recording it. Should make for amusing results.
