  1. Next week, on Trace Your Ancestors... Pretty unlikely, as IIRC she lives in South America. Aside from the possibility that she is a product of Richard's global conquest , I'd say she is just a fangirl.
  2. imminent. wicked! Insider bro strikes again! God this is amazing news, MfM was remade in 2007, right at the height of the Tuss. Release of the decade I'm calling it, I'm BEYOND excited! :) Not sure if he finished it by then, didn't he say in the sc comments he had to finish it a few months ago and turn it in to Warp so that they could release it around January? Could be wrong, sourcing from a hangover filled memory cesspool. Yeah, I'm aware of that, it's his comment on soundcloud that questions that statement. Not sure if I'm able to dig that comment back up though, now that most tracks are hidden. Anyway, it's funny reading back that interview. If you look up the thread about that interview on here you'll just read scepticism, nobody thought it would ever happen :) Yeah, I am aware of the comment, but IMO the phrase "get it together" means more compiling/mastering, rather than actually remaking/recomposing the tracks. Each to their own interpretation though, only thing that matters is that we are mere months away, super exciting. :)

  5. God, it's just hit me how sad Leaving Home is. From one of the new comments, it seems this track was made when in 1993 as he left his house in Cornwall to go live in Clissold Crescent. As someone going off to Uni next year, it's got me right in the feels, the track really brings on a very somber, reflective mood, it's incredible.
  6. This is seriously blowing my mind and freaking me out: Is this just 100% with notes from a normal piano? Really weird and cool, definitely the most interesting thing I've seen in a while.
  7. Clicking on those circles, being greeted with this: I do need help, help to grieve. Nah seriously xf, really nice job with this vote site, I'm new so haven't had a chance to give my appreciation, amazing service you sorted out, shame that the SC account is now finished. :|
  8. Can anyone confirm this? :( Don't go Rich, and if he has, someone hook us up with a zip, I didn't download the last batch. :O
  9. Maybe we've driven him off with endless criticism of his opinions, or maybe........
  10. I was already afraid of the government, and wary of terrorists, but now I have to watch out for psychic attacks? Jesus...
  11. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24438426/MIDI%20FILES/mt.mid Just 2 of the main melodies that are pretty easy to distinguish, timing is off but it was a rushed job, it's nice how the second one leads off from the last key of the first one. In terms of MIDI, I'm gonna release a website at the end of the week that acts as a growing repository for all Aphex Twin and related IDM MIDI files that have been curated from good sources as well as some fresh ones that should be of interest, as I know tons of people, including myself, like to play around with them and even make them themselves. More details soon.. :)
  12. Sad news, Paul Laffoley (the guy who made the Thanaton 3 picture) died yesterday. Pretty sad, and I'm sure the track will now take a pretty somber twist. Listen to it today in remembrance, I know I will.
  13. Can confirm, was trippy when my family put on an old cooking show a year back and I walk downstairs to Pulsewidth coming out of the TV. Pleasant suprise. :)
  14. On her Facebook and can't see any posts about new releases/MfM. Is this real or just notorious WATMM bait? It's regarding new releases so this is of utmost importance.
  15. God his CCAI setup sounds hardcore, it must really piss him off when an overhead plane shakes his house and messes up a perfectly composed Ziggomatic 18. ;)
  16. https://soundcloud.com/jessica-cortes-17/death-down-why-ppl-at-watmm-h8-me-so-much-mix Maximum lol
  17. Nice I wasn't hallucinating, like this one better actually, very nice.
  18. What specifically? I did see that my file was 7:18 and the one on SC is 7:19, but that could just be Windows file tracking or something. Listening to it, it doesn't sound dramatically different from what I remember, although I had listened to it before on crappy laptop speakers only. EDIT - I just did a spot check in a few spots and it seems ok Nah it is now back to what is has been since it was uploaded, but I randomly listened to it earlier today and it was a completely different mix, starting quiet with some percussion, I'm 99% sure that I'm not hallucinating haha!
  19. Weird shenanigans happening over on the IWantToBeWithYou track. I remember checking it 5-6 hours ago and it was a completely different tune, if you check the comments other people noticed it too. Now it is back to normal. Strange....
  20. And Rubber Johnny is.... actually there is no way to spin a more positive light onto that one. XD
  21. More reverb and delay in some bits I can notice. God this piano piece is so nice, same feel as Avril but new untold beauty, some bits rival the original.
  22. Thanks for the links, love finding new music to listen to. :)
  23. nice 1 :) God that tune is so fucking good, short but super sweet, can anyone rec any more music that sounds like this?
