  1. Royal Fail! It arrived eventually. Cheers Fletcher. Enjoying with a tinny before heading out to see Igorrrrrrrrrrrrrr
  2. I like that they're touching on the "problem of the week" formula whilst keeping with the overall arc. I don't imagine they'll keep that up, but a bit of variety is nice. I'm really starting to love the show! Are they not moving to different Trek time periods for each season? I heard that... somewhere.
  3. I think I've long forgotten what joy is, but SMO does look lovely. Still on the fence about getting a Switch but that and BotW are certainly tempting me. I've actually been playing Stardew Valley on the PC again for some wholesome fun, I forget how addictive it can be. The London one was pretty okay. It was too far into development for them to scrap it when Unity tanked but ye, Unity was the primary reason they skipped 2016. Origins is supposed to be pretty sweet from what I've read. Ah that's right, got confused!
  4. Ah shit right, Origins is the recent one right? Unity must of been the wake up call (though there was that London one after too I think)
  5. Lion Starts off with stunning cinematography, almost nightmarish in places with what it depicts in India's underworld. Really beautiful work. Ends off as a blase feel good movie. Thankfully not quite as "white saviour" as I feared it would be, but on the cusp. ah right... well, will have a gander....
  6. I haven't touched AssCreed since Revelations. is it not completely creatively dead by now? It is, and this is probably the worst AC game of them all. I need help. Really? I've been hearing the complete opposite - actually having some polish and shine added, combat is actually a challenge instead of counter fighting all the time. What don't you like about it? (Only placed AC1 and 2 fwiw)
  7. (had a) GOOD TIME watching this last night,also...was always gonna check this out with OPN doing the score (which didn,t impress me when it was released, but works great in the movie),but the film is pretty tense and very funny at times, and it is a bit bleak too(felt terrible for the fairground security guard)-7.5/10 where'd you see it in the UK?
  8. man I do not get the hate for that episode - certainly the weakest part of the season but I didn't think it was totally horrible I don't think it'll become massively widespread, though I've always found reactionary fascination with the era strange... I'd certainly describe culture then as "metrosexual".
  9. Yep Warframe is fab and an excellent example of F2P done right. Fast, frantic gameplay, cool Gieger-esque character designs with a load of customisation options (though a lot of these cost the premium currency), lots of deep mechanics and a ton of loot to chase. Story missions are alright too. Also you needn't spend a penny on it, you can earn premium currency by selling various rare items to other players. Only real issues is that the game doesn't explain a lot to you, you'll spend a lot of time reading the wiki. Also it's 90% grinding, if that's not your bag. Haven't checked out much of the recent big open-world update but it's p cool from what I've done so far.
  10. its_still_real_to_me_dammit.avi And also- wait a minute... I'M ON A PAN AM FLIGHT RIGHT NOW, WHERE THE FUCK IS THIS PLANE GOING?!?!?!?!?! spoopy
  11. Might check out The Witch (VVitch?) since it's on Netflix, hear very good things.
  12. Peter Hitchins is a beer fart of a human being, clutching at pearls over a portrayal communism is business as usual for him
  13. Lol what is this Don't forget the full Thick of It TV series, absolutely scathing satire, although Malcolm Tucker makes it
  14. DeepIntoYoutube is a personal fav. https://www.reddit.com/r/InterdimensionalCable/ is good too (doesn't actually have anything to do with R&M, just vids copying the Cable episode vibes).
  15. I like the premise of the spore drive, sci-fi should be fucking weird, but the explanation of how it works takes the magic out of it. The "biology as physics" thing could have been neat but just amounts to "oh yeah its magic quantum roots are all over space".
  16. All of Cinematic Mods' character models are an absolute abomination But otherwise yeah it's got some great graphical updates
  17. Just be to sure to protect your heart for the end of episode 2 knowing we'll likely never see the conclusion.
  18. r/The_Donald shitposter murders own father in argument about "leftist peadophiles"
  19. Apparently he was teetotal too, absolutely nailed the act And yeah forgot about that thread, looks like someone already posted about it. :(
