Balla had it up as Unknown artist a few weeks before Dave showed signs of life on the internet and announced the Welcome 2LP. Balla said in a chatroom on some show he was on he had a short convo with Dave after he saw Dave comment on one of his video's, and he said to upload a track of his and keep the author secret. Glad to see the secret is out now I've been obsessed with the track since it first appeared. Looks like balla changed the title.

I think this means he has signed his rephlex back catalogue to warp. So we might see some more represses in the future, too bad those will be warp represses. Might be more attractive financialy for him, compared to selling his stuff independantly without the marketing machine that is warp. Let's hope his contract isn't too restrictive so he can release new stuff without them. Hi did just put up that compilation on bandcamp of soundtracks/samlpes packs he did in the past. Don't know it that is a god or a bad sign.

He told me he was working on new tracks and we should be expecting an announcement very soon... he said this in februari. Don´t know if the announcement was talking about this repress or new stuff but it took quite a bit longer for this to be announced.
