  1. See, *this* is the kind of medical advice we should be peddling.
  2. Right. Taking medical advice from Business Insider. As quoted on an IDM forum. STOP SCARING PEOPLE.
  3. Wise words. For all of us.
  4. Put on "A" again for the first time in years. Such wow. Much awesome. Never bettered, not even by them.
  5. A bit convoluted, yes. Tried to do too much. I got a bit of a 1970s pretentious comic book vibe from it (think the dystopian material in Heavy Metal magazine and such). Cool, but a bit dated. Still ... I was entertained.
  6. The basic premise, maybe, but this is much more brutal and bloody.
  7. The Platform, 2019, now on Netflix. Relentless. Quite messed up (cannibalism). 94 minutes well spent.
  8. Since when’s Domino’s good pizza?

In all seriousness, plumbing-wise everything except North-West Europe* is the third world, so, yes. * and Singapore
  10. With the corona lockdown it will be impossible to get good pizza. It will be cold when you order it from the good places - which don't deliver. ?

Pretty sure this is a third world problem.
  12. I really hate it when people say sensible things in threads about drool worthy new gear. The niche of now middle aged people with too much money who used trackers in the 90s, I suppose.
  13. Never tried it ... but I watched (some of) the video and the interface seemed very useful usable That 90 second sampling limit, though ...
  14. 90 seconds of sample memory per project. That's a bit too oldschool for my tastes. On my Rytm I often load minute long bits of field recordings to play around with.
  15. Are you officially diagnosed with COVD-19? Because if not it's probably better if you don't, to avoid causing confusion. That said: take care and hope you get well soon!
  16. I. Do. Not. NEED. This. Device. Trackers without computer keyboards don't make sense. I am a terrible musician and should spend my time on other pursuits. I have more than enough hardware. And still this gives me a gear boner. ?
  17. Started The New Pope yesterday. Two episodes in, so far. They've dialled up the weird. Still looks gorgeous. Some puzzling sex scenes, but, hey, it's a show about the Vatican, so it's not *just* gratuitous. Not as much mystery as The Young Pope, but that's to be expected. Put down of pope Francis II in the first episode was a bit too much, but that was over quickly. The rest is a lot less obvious. Still weird enough. Did I mention weird? Also: gorgeous. Really looking forward to the rest.
  18. Well, it's the Lancet, for one. So pretty good, no? Also, it's based on multiple observational studies, so it doesn't come out of thin air. AND they've identified a plausible (presumably, I'm not a biologist) mechanism. I for one am not going to mess around with Ibuprofen for the time being (but then I never use that stuff anyway).
  19. No. Bars and restaurants are closed. So are museums and I can’t imagine why record stores would not be.
  20. Here’s an article from 2009 that’s kinda interesting: https://nymag.com/arts/art/profiles/58864/
  21. I thought only Belgians were this stupid? https://www.brusselstimes.com/all-news/belgium-all-news/100367/crisis-centre-hits-out-at-fridays-lockdown-parties-crisis-centre-risk-epidemic-panic-buying/
  22. Genesis P-Orridge has died at age 70 https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/genesis-p-orridge-throbbing-gristle-founder-and-industrial-music-pioneer-dead-obituary-951781/ What a legend. If WATMM has a mourning mode, it should probably be turned on now as none of us would be here if it wasn’t for her/him.
