Tri Repetae is mediocre and rather boring compared to anything released post 2000. Even if the review HAS heard it (which I doubt), I doubt it really sounds like Tri Repetae in the least. After all, how often does AE "step back" so to speak? I told myself I wasn't going to get involved with this speculation shit, and I'm going to stick to that. That being said, I want some mad techy shit that fucks me up. Quaristice wasn't entirely poo, but I want more mental.

My favorite of their covers is probably Chiastic Slide. Flat and minimal tDR style, but it's still highly abstract and fun to look at. Not to mention it describes the sound of the album really well. I liked the type on quaristice, but the squares didn't really do it for me. I think the black spot is an interesting, organic turn for them visually. And the actual CD cover with the type on it does look really cool IMO. when you look at it like that, you're just reaching imo. fixt
