cake doesnt create as strong an instinct to eat more as alcohol though - drink causes formaldehyde chains to form in the brain, which cause headaches, and you know the best thing to break down the chains? yep. more alcohol although, who am i to say that - maybe some people with sugar addictions get it bad from cake. True enough, certainly didn't mean to draw genuine parallels between my casual fondness for cake and what you and Stephen are going through. Ignore my insensitive remarks, I type before I think sometimes. ha. no problems man, you didnt seem insensitive. @delet... better drugs, yes. yes we do.

I did the same, stephenG. Friends birthday.. and fabric 15th birthday this weekend I don't think I won't have a drink... But I'm reducing my intake big time. Which is good. The cold turkey approach was horrid

I could probably re-read it now. I've been going through my favourites again recently. You read 'eden: it's an endless world!'? Great fight scenes.

urgh. i get the shakes badddd. edit* maybe not that bad, but bad enough for me to be annoyed was a total shock to me, didnt realise it had crept up on me so much, as the symptoms hit me a few days later, usually i would have had one by then (I own a bar). Bar is now up for lease but yeah, im reeling that one right in

Split Second! Not content with wearing Galliano on Blade Runner he then goes Vivienne Westwood in the future. Looks to imhabit the same London of the future as Paul Anderson's Shopping. Interestingly they got the spectacles bang on. Such a cool alien, such a shit film. Cool shades tho

TC also bullshit. front page of m3000 box 'spring reverbs'. NO SPRING REVERBS i have up to XXL spaces (i know may not be same algo) @lin - may be my next purchase. i will rig up something in FL that turns the infinite on and off on input, and trigger it with a sine from a silent channel or something... maybe theres an easier way. not sure
-
the m3000 also has 2 verbs that are controllable by audio amplitude, so things in the background can be swashy and foreground tight, or the other way around for the aforementioned unrealistic drum verbs
-
audio damage EOS - it has an infinite switch, a quick flick on then off for frozen unrealistic drum verbs.. havent tried it yet tho
-
ive got the m3000. i like it, it isnt as lush as other 'verbs (maybe im not programming it right.. but ive gone in depth), its realistic. which is also awesome for sci-fi-type stuff - it has a sheen, not metallic (as in ringy & yellow) but more like a reflective white iphone case...? i'd love a reverb with an auto-hold funtion and no messing with transients, for drums.. just gonna check my kvr thread for one that was recommended
