They put Michael Haneke into the screenwriters 2012 round table. Talk about being in the wrong room. "SCHINDLER'S LIST is SCHLAGEN!" I love when Haneke speaks about the tension build of the shower scene in Schindler's List and how gratuitous it was.

My constant enjoying of film is an illusion set forth by my lack of writing about anything I did not enjoy. I need you to quit proving me right. Your OPINION on P T Anderson's use of focus has nothing to do with the acting, writing, or the entirety of the film. I was kidding a while back when I complained about the way Malick shot the sun in The Tree of Life, while it bugged me, it was not the main reason I did not love the film. I believe I went into more detail than just one aspect of this film.

watch the original Last House on the Left for a more true worst film ever. Beasts is not the worst film ever for anyone, although I agree with most of the criticism. When is SNL going to make fun of Lincoln by having him give famous speeches while hovering around on a candle with underground railroads flying past in the back drop? Have him hug Harriet Tubman and yell freedom. Then have him in the clouds giving more speeches with an eagle killing a snake superimposed onto the image. COME ON SNL!

Got this one from Tarkovsky's page on fb, it is from the set of Solyaris. No but I just watched that for the first time and it blew my mind boner to the heaven. tarkovsky the mirror.... but maybe i'm wrong... You were wrong. End of Watch - 9/10 - Best buddy cop film ever. The chemistry between Jake and Michael is gold. The portrayal of the cop "brotherhood" is is filled with variant dynamics which makes the film have a depth i was not expecting. Really fucking good. Really made me feel uneasy about the rabid gun culture that seems incurable here in the states. And the fucked up corrupt/insider supported drug and immigrant trade. Very effective film making.
