gmanyo Posted May 7, 2012 Share Posted May 7, 2012 Amon Tobin is what got me into IDM and other more "experimental" electronic (and, I guess, non-electronic) music. iTunes used to have an "Experimental Electronica" essential compilation that was really good. I was in 7th or 8th grade and discovered that and was like "Holy shit, what is this, it's amazing". Four Ton Mantis was one of my favorites. edit: Verbal (Prefuse 73 remix).
