Timelessness is often occuring when listening to these tunes under the right circumstances. Came to think of this just now when I was humming on the main melody of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-Xm7s9eGxU which is probably one of the most soothing combinations of sound that I know of. Obviously because it's on the test screen of swedish national television at night, and was also on during early summer mornings when I was younger. No melancholy here, it just calms me down totally. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5dcEXpViiI is also one of these tunes. mind, blank, at peace, yes.
