If you want more of the jazzy tip, grab Yesterdays Universe and Angles Without Edges. More hiphop, grab Med Show #5 first, then Beat Konducta Vol. 0-6 (yes, all of them). From then, just spread out. On the jazz side, Miles Away by The Last Electro-Acoustic Space Jazz & Percussion Ensemble is right up there with his best imo. Haven't heard it in years, but Shades of Blue is kind of blah as I remember (especially considering having the Blue Note catalog at his disposal). Champion Sound, on the other hand, I consider to be the weakest album that either Dilla or Madlib has released. edit: And while we're on the subject of Madlib, don't forget DJ Rels.
