1:29 - 1:37 = he's just glaring around there, looking for feedback from the audience. He also does this after saying ..."and a Masters Degree in Communication!" - very well executed glare.

No, he lost the nomination. He's an unemployed court bailiff that earns $260 a month as a Minerva city councilman.

 

It scares me that this guy is let anywhere near an organization which has the ability to have a real impact on people's lives.

You know, as painful as it is to watch him get worked up about it,

i'd trust this guy 300% more than I would Bush or Obama, even if we share nothing in the way we see the world.

There's a real sense of honesty I get from him screaming "AND I TIED MY OWN SHOELACES THIS MORNING".

Obviously he's a genuine teddy bear on the inside.
