anyone streetmapped the location? looks like it's in an old office building on some industrial estate or something....pretty grim.

Beaverworks is like an old warehouse or something. I played there once. It is in an odd location, though. I think there was a TGIF across the street? no wait..that was the hotel. It was kind of remote, actually. But the main room wasn't so bad, felt like a proper warehouse.

looks pretty fucking remote to me....does not look like there's anything nearby, probably be a right mission getting there if you aren't driving. also might be quite sketchy wandering around the estate it's on in the early hours of the morning. bad location IMHO.
