UTTU give a knowing nod to classic jungle 'ardcore and Chicago dance manias with the debut from Lords Of Midnite. Your guess is good as ours to who's behind it, but if you believe the label, then it's actually "a sect of humanoid alien lost for generations and almost erased entirely from the history books." On three tracks they variously pay tribute to Steve Gurley with the heartfelt appropriations of 'Drown In Ur Love', and mutant strains of Chicago and Detroit in majestic vistas of 'Skyscrapers of Yphsilion' and the satin spun electro-funk of 'We Gonna Ride Tonite'.
