That's nice, I've starting this as well as one of my summer read. Good page turner. Since I only read 2 book at the same time (one at home, one on the subway), I've decided to read "Ready player one" as another summer easy read. I don't like it, I'm at page 200 but I'll go until the end. It's a great idea, but the guy can't write. mad syncronicity here, i picked this up as a random buy from a second hand shop, the first time ive been in this thread for months, and this is the first post i read. it was a decent book, nothing amazing, nothing shite, just a solid read. still insane that of all the books in all the worlds, i pick it up as a literal random 4th book to get the 10 pound deal, and the first post i read in here mentions it. i cant even imagine the possibility of that in true maths.

my lunch was a belter, meatballs in indonesian peanut sauce on heavily seeded sesame, with rocket, some parmesan, and avocado. my flatmate just started working in a new place just up the road so well hidden ive never seen it, seats about 6 people and has some fuckin wicked sandwiches.

just finished dark souls after a fairly grueling 80 hours, unbelievable game. there was 2 points where i literally had to go on an online guide to help aswell, after wandering around for 3 hours and just getting fed up. soul level 80, with a +15 great scythe, 40 DEX and a +15 eagle shield. i was absolutely knobbing cunts by the end, the only ones that gave me any jip were the enormous lava dinos in lost izalith. now i need to decide wether to play new game plus, or start a new character with a new skill, instead of a strength/dextierity build.

i got ridiculously hooked on dex for about 2 months. was doing ten hours of piano practice a day. i dont trust anything that feels that awesome so cold turkeyed it about 2 years ago

any useful tips for a beginner on this thing? ive been ransacking the manual and having fun with the basic synthesis modulation, but ideas off people with more knowledge would be a godsend.

2 hours in, havent even started loading my samples and im in love. borrowed my pals juno-60 to go with it, ive got my first full live set on the 30th, genuinely finally loving production, after 4-5 years of faffing about getting frustrated at my tunes not sounding like the shit i adore.
