good on you bwlad it's relentlessly brutal shit & knowing the treatment pathways & all they entail, that takes balls & an almost sacred relationship with personal honesty problem is vast numbers of people are never fully informed by health-care professionals as to what the therapy options are with this condition, eg: it took me nearly 4 decades to access EMDR, finally, then add waiting lists & sabbaticals by professionals, not everyone makes it word to the wise, just watch for certain substances that might pop up & surprise in social situations/interactions (which could seem tempting at the time), in your soul you know what works for you & what doesn't, try & stay true to that & keep utilizing body-scan relaxation techniques + breathing patterns (if you got into those)

for a genre that's completely lost its way, i thought it was pretty good there are a couple of sketchy plot developments initially that don't help, but the portrayal of the family's accumulation of collective grief was summat else, add the disintegration of trust with blame being flung everywhere, the colour scheme that starts with very vivid greens that move into that cyan/turquoise/red room representations & mood, followed by the crimson tide of all endings......it's a solid ambitious film & Ann Dowd rocks the fuck out of tings....maternal & compassionate when she's introduced.... then jesus fkn christ keep in mind you completely dismissed one of the more fully realized films in recent memory with You Were Never Really Here & think that new Ali-G bs has something relevant to say fkn kids

EMDR, although it depends where you are & under which health board oversees your care however, many primary & secondary care mental health teams have EMDR trained staff on their books, if your GP is obstructive try attending w/an advocate & watch that blockage melt if that isnt an option, you're working & can afford it, i'd have a nose for local pvt options

they started charging 5p for plastic bags here and people actually feel like they are being robbed and plastic bag use is down 75 percent. i buy a bag every time and then just bin it. fuck the world. seriously though they need to start selling water in some other form than plastic bottles. i drink 2-3 litres a day, sometimes tap water, but often i need it out and about, and there is no other way to buy a litre of water than in a plastic bottle. its not convenient for me to be constantly carrying bottles around.
