    if he loses and gives up office w/o incident that'll be a plus but i agree that the media is going to be key. foxnews may not pivot away from him for along time.. or they may just jump right in to hacking away at biden as the main story.

    he will not accept the results even if/when he leaves office. he will say up and down all day every day about election fraud, illegal immigrants voting in the millions etc etc.. and he'll be on TV, radio etc all the time. he's not going to go away. there will be rallies to support him even after he's gone. he'll probably hold rallies and charge people to come and still stiff cities on the bill for the security they provide. he could do some really dumb shit depending on how amp'd he gets. he could turn his idiot base into a militia and make a new political party or some dumb shit. but he could also just fade away a bit and focus on making all kinds of "the best deals" to make more money and drink more hooker piss.

    i went miami -> orlando -> san diego -> portland. i have some fam in cali.. niece and nephew and some in north carolina but most everyone is in south florida and i'll never live there again no matter how much i miss my family. I've been outta there since 1997 and missed A LOT but there were long stretches where i spent time there. still.. there's a lot to miss out on. i almost moved to asheville NC in 2004 instead of portland.. glad i didn't. wouldn't mind being in montreal but fucking cold though.. somewhere in Van BC - too expensive.. toronto? no idea what it's like. somewhere in chilled out mexico town would be interesting but i'd worried about being narco'd to death. in hindsight my health issues would've lead to disaster in some places. berlin seems cool though. i liked spain a lot and spent about 2 months there in 1994. not sure how difficult/easy it would be to live there. i'm too fuckn old to switch continents now.. so if i was ever able to leave it'd be somewhere in canada.

    thought about it in 2004. probably should've left then and become a resident of canada and eventually a citizen. but i moved to portland instead. I've long want to be out of america just because it's basically dysfunctional and getting worse. and canada seemed nice every time i've gone there. no place is perfect and i like america for a lot of reasons but there's baggage.

    this is their strategy for suppressing voters. low turn out is good for republicans. if they can make a mess of the election that'll probably work in their favor.

    i don't know if i'd call it double dipping. it's more like 1.003 dipping ? apple is the one you're paying for the streaming engine. the artists just get that slight quarterly bonus or however the royalty is set up w/their aggregator. i buy from bandcamp, bleep and sometimes label direct if their site is set up for it. usually just files but sometimes vinyl and files.

    totally. also, i'd say the culture of large police forces is totally fucked up and full of under developed frontal lobes. i'd say plenty of cops are being taught to bring this kind of sport into the daily work of being a cop. competitive abuse and oppression. essentially dehumanizing those who are outside the embrace of the police force... and of course 40% of police wives or is it 60%.. i can't recall.
