    So I just back from seeing it. It wasn't that bad. Sure there are things in that made me go "why?!" but it blows Prometheus out of the water and shits all over it - but I still wouldn't say that it's a good movie. But it's decent. The first 40 minutes or so are just fine. Then stuff starts happening and I guess that was where Ridley Scott dozed off - or woke up - because that's when it really starts shitting the bed. It gets better near the end though. Anyway, ill say more when I've had time to digest it and once everyone has seen it

    This is a blessing in disguise! Today I've somehow become a headhunter for voice over talent, calling and emailing a bunch of people when I'm technically only the engineer. The client decided last minute they wanted the first voice over talent they approved when they had already said they didn't want him and we already had a second voice over talent booked. Now that first talent isn't available and I'm scrambling to find someone they like out of 6 people. But first, they want to know if they are available BEFORE they choose which talent they want. fuuuuuu--- What language are we taking about? I worked for a huge voice over company until a couple of months ago and I'm still in contact with some of the talents

    It stresses me out if it's for a job and nothing that I make sounds any good or comes close to what the client has asked for. But making music for myself doesn't "stress" me out anymore. It can annoy me if I've started on something that I really like but have no idea how to finish, but I've gotten fairly patient over the last couple of years so I don't give up as easily as I once did.

    Then explain why for instance the Kush Clariphonic parallel EQ makes such a huge difference when you switch on the shimmer and silk band. I'm not saying we can hear things up to 34kHz which is what the Clariphonic EQ can mess around with but it changes the undertones which changes what we hear

    I never made it all the way through but the +150 hours I threw after that game were worth it! I'm not even sure what happened since I never finished it because it is without a doubt the best RPG I've ever played.
