  1. sounds like Brian Ellis' streets of rage/housey stuff that he was sitting on for a while, not sure if he had planned to release any but i wouldn't be surprised if this was him under an alias
  2. i had forgotten about that cover, yeah that looks legit. Anybody here tried to do there own condi tuning ?
  3. i dont mean to be a needy prick but why isn't the condi sequence explained in technical terms about how to tune your own music in microtonal condi scale? The whole thing seems to be unecesarily shrouded in mystery
  4. he didn't just plan out and fantasize crazy situations with other people, he also broke actual laws like using police computers and resources to stalk his 'imaginary' victims
  5. OMG. Radio telescope, that's spacy, buddy. Thanks for sending ideas to steer my trip.
  6. oh lol i didn't see the subtitle and i thought the movie was just called 'cannibal cop' my bad
  7. interesting description and also odd that it sounds very very similar to Cannibal Cop a documentary that came out not too long ago, also HBO?
  8. i already ignored you months ago, you could easily do the same to both of us ( idiot )
  9. he's pissy because i don't subscribe to pitchfork babeism, which is ok it hits a nerve often and I like it he's into bill burr which only gives him a semi pass, next time the pitchforkbabe defenses kick in and he doesn't have anything to offer as good as bill burr then shit gets real
  10. if you had typed it i would have been disappointed, but the fact that it was told to me by the great bill burr makes me smile. thank you
  11. i was responding only to what richard said about the rephlex night, how people under value something when its priced affordably but over value something arbitrarily when its over priced (ie william basinski vinyl boxset for example)
  12. True. I just hope the whole wound in thing is temporary. Well it's the summer, time for chillin' innit, and then perhaps he's focusing on putting some stuff out, which would be badarse. its amazing how cheap/frugal people going to local music events get when you try to have a low entry price. When i was running a space for a short time period (8 mos or so) we charged $7 at the door most nights, one time a group of high class looking SF hipsters wanted to come in (4 of them) for $10 total, i told them how it wasn't a negotiation but i would let them all in for $20. The leader of the hipster pack ended up giving me a counterfeit $20 bill that she must have known was fake, in the dark it looked real but when i counted the cash no doubt she knew she was passing me fake money. From this day forward i will never trust a hipster wearing giant Jackie Onassis glasses again, i learned my lesson.
  13. pitchfork babe/watmm feedback loop has come full circle, give yourselves a huge fucking pat on the back guys seriously
  14. so if we ask a question here RDJ will answer in the form of a profile update my question: Richard, do you think Israel was behind 9/11?
  15. if your colostomy bag spilled on you during Fury Road but not during World i can understand this opinion
  16. Really? Thought it was terrible. i took a little bit of psychedelics and tried to watch Gone Girl on the come up, after about 10 minutes of dialog of Ben affleck meeting the woman at the party and the fake/forced flirtatious banter i had enough and had to turn it off. I know real people actually flirt like that in real life but I've always found it extremely fucking irritating in real life too when people do that fake jokey banter type of flirting, so i guess it wasn't so much that it was unrealistic dialog for when a male and female douche at a party have chemistry.
  17. There is a stiffness to the beats that I don't hear in Steinvord. for sure, leagues away from steinvord but still a really decent track.
  18. yamaha developers of the most impressive physical modeling and speech synthesis engine in history decide to reissue an old analog synth they put out tragic
  19. yamaha would be smart as fuck to put out a new version of something like the DX200 but with an FS1R engine inside, and also just make a groove box with a Dx7/tx7 engine for way cheaper like the price of all those dumb new korg boxes
  20. the only factor that might make capsuling a less potent experience is it just takes longer to dissolve, and mescaline in general has a slower onset than other psychedelics like LSD in my experience. The liquid from boiling down or juicing a san pedro is hands down the worst tasting thing i've ever tried to drink in my life, last time i actually tried to do this I gagged and got immediate nausea that didn't go away for the entire trip. The only way i'd do it now is by totally drying out the parts that contain mescaline (removing the core and outer skin first) and turning it into a powder. You can gelcap this but if you can stomach it, putting a few tablespoons or so into a couple balls of soft bread or something like that can work pretty well.
  21. you obviously haven't done salvia (just kidding, but only kinda)
