God that track is so bloody good. I'm sure I've heard it many times before but this is the first time I've given it a proper headphone listen - I'd so love to hear a full quality version of that. I was very excited when I first hit play as foobar got freaked out my the malformed VBR header and thought it was 32 minutes long ... here i got a version that doesn't cut at 11.5k Steinvord_-_Untitled.mp3

It's the exact same story as Diablo3. Can't wait to play it though, the videos and livestreams I've seen make me eager to play it which hasn't happened to me in a looong time. yeh that's crazy they'd even claim that damn! you can test this easy with anything that has an optical lens: go close to an object and zoom all the way out making sure the object is in frame, go further away and zoom all the way in with object as well in frame. and that's essentially what the vertigo effect is, most noticeable when close to the object the perspective distorts. lumpen: same terms are used in photo/video :) also worth noting is that because of the difference in distances you're eyes are moved from the screen the fov on pc games is larger than for console games..

Why the hate towards Actress? The last days I've been listening his three albums on Spotify repeatedly and I really like what I'm hearing. It's definitely a style on its own. Sounds fresh. Why comparing it to AE btw? I don't really see the connection. Other than that Actress mentions Autechre in interviews I agree; apples and oranges. Actress The way I approach music is much more from a sculptural perspective. You build algorithms. You can layer those algorithms so they become marble-like. Autechre do the complete opposite to what I do. You can see the axis, you can feel what they’re rotating around certain things. What I do is the same but I smudge it completely, so you can feel the axis but you can’t get that clarity of where it is. I like things to drip. There’s execution and there’s perfection and even though I’m a perfectionist I don’t like having something that’s so perfect you can’t see the flaws. LOL, yeah, I guess that's not a very objective way of voicing my opinion, is it? Ah well, bottom line - I like it more than any other AE release in recent memory. It's an album. It has tracks on it, of varying lengths. Listening to it is the only way to hear it. You must have ears - it won't work if you're deaf, too. Did I mention I like it? Sorry, but Sean and Rob have short hair and that scares me to say any more. what about laying your hands on your subs? or your feet maybe?
