I've never really listened to much Coil, but I had an EP by them.. Answers Come In Dreams? I think. I always liked the remixes they did for Nine Inch Nails as well. Truth is I've never really known where to start with them, as I recall they have a rather large discography...

When The Mob Ruled Vegas by Steve Fischer it's a collection of stories about the actual mob related events that went on in Vegas in the late 50's and 60's, I've always found mob-related stuff fascinating and this book is really well researched and tells it concisely without having extra unneeded details.

Ever listen to Withered? Might be right up you're alley... Most recent purchase, The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album, original pressing for like $5.00 (the thrift store in this rural little town truly has some deals on some old gems every so often, it's great)... As for most recent release I;ve purchased on vynil that;d be Flying Lotus' Pattern+Grid World EP.

Just bought Stephen King's "Under The Dome" today ... I've never really read much King, but it's supposed to be one of his better one's and looks to be pretty interesting. I also like the post-apocalyptic sci fi stuff like that too. I'll probably start it later tonight.

Not to derail the thread but, reading this I could help but think if FlyLo did an album or at least EP bringing in a bunch of underground rappers, kinda like Prefuse73's "Surrounded By Silence" it'd probably be pretty sweet...
