Well, Rapture was established in the late 40's early 50's, and by the time your character fatefully stumbles across it, it's 1960 and in decline. Irrelevance in the touted "moral choices" through game design. (doesn't matter what you do to the little sisters gameplay-wise, it only affects which shit ending you get) Stupid fucking ending(s). Really fucking stupid. ...and by ending I mean everything after Andrew Ryan. The thing that made it worth playing was the design of the environments. But that's really it. Only some of the best design, enviroments, and atmosphere ever created in a game. Plus, det story is good if you really pay attention to all the little details. Find every audio diary you can. I'd never actually say anything compromising. Must say... Bioshock was a bit shit. actually, I agree. As the "spiritual successor to System Shock 2" it fell a bit short.
