Cohen has stated preproduction has begun on 13 new Futurama episodes to begin airing on Comedy Central possibly next year. i always thought this show was funnier than the Simpsons, at least since the 90s ended. can't wait. I can see how you would find it underrated if you dont really like their form of humor but I really dig how they basically strive to find the lamest jokes ever but present them in a way that makes them hilarious, case in point: The scene where they launch the garbage ball into space and fry misses the huge button and has to try again to press it. thief Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 sweet news. the movies did disappoint me...the pacing was just OFF. in the (20 minute) episodes, they managed to fit in so much, was ridiculous. the movies just didn't feel right, and this ham gum is all bones.
