i know some have found the Futurama movies disappointing, so this is good news. in a new interview, producer David X. Cohen has stated preproduction has begun on 13 new Futurama episodes to begin airing on Comedy Central possibly next year. i always thought this show was funnier than the Simpsons, at least since the 90s ended. can't wait.

thank fucking god futurama is pretty much one of the funniest shows ever. I can see how you would find it underrated if you dont really like their form of humor but I really dig how they basically strive to find the lamest jokes ever but present them in a way that makes them hilarious, case in point: The scene where they launch the garbage ball into space and fry misses the huge button and has to try again to press it.

Anyways, great show, this is great news

i just decided to get all the seasons and films and watch it, and i'm a big fan now.

when bender wants to join harlem globetrotters and does the whistle at the end i laugh myself into a convulsion

also the scary door from benders game

"the saucers.. they's a crashin'!"

Link? I can't find an interview anywhere, just statements of an "inside source" who says it's happened.

sweet news. the movies did disappoint me...the pacing was just OFF. in the (20 minute) episodes, they managed to fit in so much, was ridiculous. the movies just didn't feel right, and this ham gum is all bones.

Bring back King of the Hill

Every time I watch King Of The Hill, I picture Hank as Joyrex, Penny as his wife, and Bobby as his son.

why so opposed to youtube clips. what an odd group of nerds futurama fans are

Actually, watching these old clips didn't really make laugh. I just barely smiled. I guess the fast paced Family Guy humour has raped my humour-muscle.

Oh well, here's a semi-funny video from Futurama

i just dont think it'd be worth picking some funny moments and showing them completely out of context to someone whos probs gonna be judgemental anyway :_
