Guest chax Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 get a gym membership and start weight training with a nice, long heavybag workout routine. this is what i do when i feel like i'm going insane. actually do a bit of research to learn proper technique, don't just decide to start punching it otherwise you'll either break your wrists or fingers. if you need beginner tips, let me know. also start running. not regular running or jogging, but "high intensity interval training" which is where you run for 5-7 minutes, then sprint as hard and as fast as you can, then go back to running, then sprint again, then run, etc. do that for like 30 minutes, you should be screaming Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The world is a interplay of contrast, it is allowability as opposed to intension. The supreme energy behind everything is going to allow this all to keep happening for a purpose and until that end to a means has been fulfilled then we will remain locked in this matrix of choice and seeming free will. it's what we do with our choice that is the battlefield where the swords are being swung. I heard that the depressive rate is higher in the northern countries because of the lack of light and that might have something to do with it, you might want to move somewhere with more sun. It dose not sound like it's just a chemical thing with you though. It sounds like you are 'putting on the glasses' like in the movie They Live or you are going to start spouting revelations like in the movie Network(this is a good thing). (maybe some red pill/ blue pill action?) use your words, not a gun to fight for The Truth my friend....and all will be well Maybe start to understand in greater detail those forces that are fighting for Truth and Justice down here and how the real ones truly work? The answers to this and more are out there, but it takes some searching. Thats why it is called 'The Mystery'. We have to want it first, then it pushes itself to us! Light wielding humans are definitely down here , but we are the gross minority and are hidden in the most unlikely of places.
