lately, Portishead's Machine Gun has been in my head every day without fail for a good few hours or so. that simple but sweet as drum beat, simple but sweet as vocals.. catchy as fuck!

Boom, Tshhh, Teh/Teh/Teh/Teh/Teh/Teh/Teh/Teh. Boom, Tshhhh, Err/Err/Err/Err/Err/Err/Err/Err.

new order's blue monday is also a recent regular in my mind, as is this star wars track -> Jabba's Baroque Recital

here are some that get stuck in my head all the time, to the point of not being able to have them on my ipod for very long:

I've had portions of Billy Ocean's Lover boy ("I wanna be your lover, lover, lover boyyyy") and Yo' Little Brother by Nolan Thomas in my head for months. FU data.

Chad Van Gaalen - Blood Machine

I got into this guy's stuff about three weeks ago, and this song pops into my head just about every day.

Molten Light also gets stuck in my head a fair bit, and has an awesome music video that everyone should watch:

For some reason Kiss from a Rose by Seal always gets stuck in my head, even though I haven't heard it for a few years. I think it's because it's one of those melodies that doesn't need music supporting it for it to make sense.

Neutral Milk Hotel's Aeroplane over the Sea was getting stuck in there for a while too. Buying the album seemed to get it out of my system. Either that or Seal just became too domineering...
