Living in dozens of essentially abandoned houses/cabins/shacks/caves/shelters

ANd I am telling the internet? Isn't that great? Well it isn't any secret. It is called T.I.F.F (tagged image file format?, the ignorant faggot fuckers?, the ingenious freedom fighters? Toronto International Film Festival? I don't really know), and you can join it for 50¢. There are currently simple benefits such as special holidays like "drop pebbles and stones inside a public institution day" every tuesday, cookie days and movie nights.......

Right now [Operation: T.I.F.F Circulatory System] is starting up. Remember 'The Haven' ? Essentially, this operation will attempt to connect already known and claimed TIFF sanctuaries with secret paths lined with small shelters and safehouses. The operation is currently, as we speak, under way.

Eventually we will have a small civilization with its own food-based currency thriving in the heart of Goldstream Valley...with a salvia plant guaranteed in every home to help one's spiritual musings...one will walk down city streets where the skyscrapers are spruce trees with junkyard rubble fashioned into towers around them...small shrines of scrap metal and consumer debris, seemingly organized by an alien who searched the dumpsters for the precious gems...zen gardens of purity and abundance will complement the zen gardens of waste and corruption (my personal favorite...think pits full of lead paint).

The sacred pounding of the grid will be in every corner of this wond'rous city (think "the man with the golden gun", every fucking turn in Bangkok is accompanied by bells and whistles and shit...thats what I'm talkin about).

This is what TIFF is setting out to do.

this is interesting. never-the-less it sounds a bit left of spot on as far as where we should be going with this type of idea.

i am a big supporter of starting new economies based on new "currency" (hopefully barter) and networking between

communities, but to avoid further pitfalls i believe it will need to be done just right.

salvia for spiritual musings...lol

Who is we? You certainly didn't pay the 50¢ fee to enter.

And on that note: I have come to see the pursuance of unified altruism in the application of experimental new societies to be rather inorganic (in contrast to the spontaneous fungal growth and inharmonious convergence of simultaneously aloof coalitions). I don't currently have time to expand on that notion but I will in an hour and fifteen minutes.

what do you guys do with the 50 cents

We give it to Eno, and he buys whatever he feels with it. Mostly hard candy.

get off your pedestal and let the boy have some fun

just trying to open up some constructive conversation about alternative ways of living ..but

fuck it lets just have a good time, that's all that matters anyway right? lets all just get high

on salvia or whatever and think that we are experiencing something spiritual when in fact we

are deluding ourselves. lets just all play along with what everyone else is doing and go on

crowed pleasing and see where that gets us.

my aim is to help figure out how a good time could be had by all in a way that is truly

good and makes sense and does not breed naïvety, sloth, falseness and in turn the mucking of the entire planet. is that so wrong?

apparently. :trashbear:

is there a slit where i could just slip the change in?

'we' is just a way of talking about an idea as a universal concepts that 'we' could all potentially share if we would like.

it is a way of stating a hypothetical collaborative acceptance between all who could or might potentially be involved.

the 'we' is real people just like you and i but it is not you and i ..but it could be if we wanted?

we is a nod to those within the watmm community but we also goes far beyond the boarders of watmm.

that is a very convenient and open ended statement. where does a statement like that end? who then would you consider to not be delusional?

...and around and around it goes. this is how humanity has gotten nowhere slowly. we think our proof is so superior but really it has gotten us

nowhere and knowing the difference in itself is fundamental in our ability to break the wicked cycle. physical awareness on it's own without the metaphysical

has plummeted us backwards into a one dimensional state based only on the physical world-those things we can sense-and the worst thing is that we are convinced that we are in a very advanced state in this day and age-that fact makes the whole situation all the more dangerous. considering all that there is truly to take advantage of down here this is not a smart state of awareness to linger in-in fact i would call this state a state of great delusion, far more then faith or belief in that which does not have a proof.
