A question - though I understand quite a bit about HIV/AIDS, I've never fully understood the way it infects someone through sex. For example, how exactly does it infect the man, assuming there's no blood present? Easiest point of entry to mucous membranes and whatnot would be through the pee-hole, right?

You, my friend, are on the right track....macroscopically

Take a trip into sex from the perspective...

Nice synopsis as always. :emotawesomepm9: It's still weird to me though. The mouth is just as sensitive/thin/exposed yet the risks of kissing or oral transmission are way low. I've always heard this has to do with the toxic characteristics of saliva but I still find it curious (cuts mouth with tortilla chip, sucks cock)

saliva has a lower concentration of the virus. Or it can't live in saliva. not sure. Bleeding gums or wounds in the mouth can transmit. Fluids in the pussy have a higher concentration and the environment allows the virus to live. It goes into your pee hole. Ass sex creates tears and rips and thus blood. Which is why Gays seem to get infected more. Asss sex probably breaks condoms more. Something like that.

I know a girl with HIV. She has had a lot of boyfriends too. She still fucks and has fun. I dont know if these guys know her status or if they are on some HIV dating network.

HIV is so so delicate. For a lot of people not in the high risk pool, you kind of have to "go looking" for HIV. After studying hoards of healthcare-related accidental needlesticks, it was determined that for any one accidental stick after drawing on HIV+, your chance of "seroconverting" (getting infected) was 1 in 300.

What is the high risk pool? Blacks, Hispanics, gay men and needle users? so you are saying you have a 1 in 300 chance of getting HIV from a needle prick with an infected needle? Not clear on that final statment.

Have you heard of Bug Chasers? Gay men seeking out HIV? Now THAT makes my head twist

Who made that stone in focus video? not an afx fan. Kind of soils a wonderful track

 Eventually, her "fucking and fun" will begin to look like the lower left blond as it progresses.

Depends..maybe she has the Magic Johnson strain of HIV.

Guest nene multiple assgasms

I saw a show on tv about people who carry a gene that makes them immune to hiv. the gene is found in people of european descent. it originally evolved during the plague and offered protection from that disease. well, I guess the gene probably arose earlier, but people who carried two copies of it (one from mom and one from dad) survived unscathed.

High risk pool is anyone that wants to do the behaviors that make the viral transmission favorable. It's always a clusterfuck when you get into subdivisions like race, socioeconomic data, etc. But, they do have numbers that show upward trends for every category you mentioned--I just avoid it because I really am not a doctor or biostatistician.

What about sex with my girlfriend?
