It sounds too much like a kid who's been a bit more trained in speaking. On the other hand, I guess it's pretty hard to tell. There's definitely one in Kwikwidetrax with the "WAGGNNN CHRST" sample (while the "then this man came up" sounds more like some sort of storybook record or news report), and in the outro I'm willing to bet you can hear him and his wife speaking.
