You might get turned away, but another thing to try and get is some mushroom chocolate from "Amsterdam of London" which is at the top end of the high street down some stairs...they sell peyote and fly agaric etc but the mushroom chocolate is fucking awesome (and potent). Unfortunately I think it's now technically illegal so you have to buy it under the counter, and just hang around in there until it's empty before asking for it...they'll probably refuse you initially, but if you persevere and say you've bought it there before, they'll likely relent. And no, this isn't a practical joke to get tourists to ask for something silly that doesn't exist. It does and it's brilliant. £10 a bar, you get 6 breakable-off chunks in each bar (has the added bonus of also being delicious) and the maximum you will need is 2 chunks - ie one bar will get three people tripping like fuck.
