I'd recommend learning some basic music theory next.  Which notes go together to make chords, which chords make good progressions.  Or at least stick to a given key at a time.  It'll make a big difference.

I usually like minimalistic stuff but I didn't enjoy what I checked out here.

Also, I would try programming some more beat variations. If possible, I'd also fool around with some effect and tempo automation.

yeah these are pretty fun jams honestly, the first one seems to be the most atonal so perhaps people are just reacting to that. this stuff would go down pretty well live.

i misread thread title and thought it was made with softube modular and was about to ask a bunch of questions about it. are all the sounds we're hearing from your modular setup, and is it all one take or multitracked?

not trying to be a prick here though but did you bother to tune anything or are you playing with atonal stuff? Not saying it sounds bad particularly, just interested. Infact Loop 7 sounds like that really nice detuned melody in Audax Powder

I think the basslines are ok but the midrange stuff sounds like cats screeching
I was struggling with the leads

Without a polysynth it's difficult to do midrange stuff

No i didnt tune the synths

Ill tune them next time

Tell you the truth
Most of the tracks were made in 10 minutes each one
Except 3programmed which took a few hours of 808 programming
My 303 is faulty, cant do more thsn four bars in a row
My 808 is faulty too, can do 16 bars in a row
Gotta get them repaired soon
Anyway they were fun experiments. Glad to get feedback and followers on soundcloud

really fun jams. first track actually made me laugh. flows nicely and I can see you doing some less humorous more seriously dank musics with that set up. if you like to

do you have another music project going on somewhere?
