My step brother went the same route nearly 5 years ago, granted it was partly due to combat-related PTSD. But I can't imagine the pain you and your folks are dealing with. It's absolutely a ripple effect - something that anyone with severe depression needs to carefully consider when these kinds of thoughts creep up. However, contemplation of suicide was NOT my intention from my post from Oct 29th. What I meant at the time is that I don't see thing getting any easier or happier for the planet any time soon. But you never know. I think I just need to GTFO of WATMM for a while. Dank Memes are one of the main reasons I've been sticking around this year, but even that thread appears to be fading from relevance. That and apparently my PR game is shit.

Yet another batch of hybrid Vermont-Golden curry I pressure-cooked in the Instant Pot for lunch. Fried up cubes of marinated tofu on the side and added them in at the end. Then served over jasmine rice with Mexican blend shredded cheese on top. Now indulging in sea salt dark chocolate with a cup of decaf for dessert.

I managed to dislodge an abnormally large mass from my left ear canal this morning. I suspected for the last few years now that there might have been some kind of blockage, come to think of it. Guess that was it.

That's how the MAGA cult rolls - deceive, manipulate, co-opt. Dunno if that little shit Jacob Wohl ever faced charges for fabricating bogus sexual assault allegations against Mueller tho. -
I couldn't care less about social features either, since I never use them on Steam. But I'm starting think that Tim Sweeney was right in that there's too many subpar games on Steam lately. Plus he did call out Blizzard for their "Chinagate" debacle for banning players for supporting the protesters in Hong Kong. So I could still play The Outer Worlds on PC via the XBOX Game Pass rather than EGS. But other Epic exclusives like Control, Untitled Goose Game, Borderlands 3, and Phoenix Point look appealing too, although I'm not in a hurry to play them. The Outer Worlds still tops my priority list. Might go with the Game Pass then.
