    elseq 1-5

I'm listening to elseq 4 right now. I'm right in the middle of 7th Slip and I think I've never listened to elseq in the way I just did. I used to think about the music as "big" if that makes sense, maybe meant be be played really loudly in a really large hall or outside. But it also makes a lot of sense to listen to it like jazz, kind of. Those morphing beats are so tactile, you can almost see them coming out of the speakers
  11. Yea, basically done to move the story. It didn't feel right. But, I've never really bought their relationship as a couple. It's been my biggest drawback with the show. 100 emoji. It isn't even a good platonic sell because most friends will have more physical contact just by accident than these 2. I'm also out altogether on the show. The AMC app and their web streaming site were fucking up on me so I got behind. I got the kinks worked out and began catching up but goooodddddddaaaaaaaammmnnnnnnnnn is this show slow. I abandoned it somewhere after the piñata scene even though everything was working fine. I might regret it because there's some enjoyable parts for sure and I really liked seasons past. I can't hang on this pacing anymore though. Don't get me wrong, I'm still in the "I love it" camp minus their bunk relationship. I don't mind slow burn narratives if the acting, cinematography are humming. Which I still think is the case, minus the contrived scenarios this season. One thing this show is sadly missing is Michael McKean. I know, he's dead. But, he brought a lot to the show that I didn't realize until now. I think the weird and a bit distanced relationship actually fits the characters and seems more realistic than the love stories you see in a lot of other series or Hollywood films. What really took away some of the fun is the fact that the episodes come weekly. I found that I can enjoy series more if I can watch them in a shorter period of time, that way I'm just more absorbed with the story
  12. so many degrees of fun times a thousand on this page hahaha
  13. Waking Life is a fun movie because of the way it is edited (cel-shaded graphics, unpredictable camera shakes, cum on, what's not to like about that?) and because of the weirdass dialogues and 2001: A Space Odyssey is still a good movie and it aged particularly well in my opinion, it probably is better now than at the time it was released be it only because of the variety of movies available now that are influenced by it. Also, who listens to music while watching a film? Did anyone of your peer group do that in their/your "16-20-yearl-old-phase"? I think Waking Life holds a very special place in your heart and you are too proud to admit it, otherwise you wouldn't post a comment like this. I bet you were one of these especially philosophical "free spirits" that would smoke weed only because they thought it would enhance the experience of watching a certain movie when you where in your young times but now that you are mature you are "over it" and think it is "weak ass" hahah
