i had a really negative impression of this guy tbh from reading kitchen confidential many years ago and then hearing him talk in interviews but i decided to watch some eps of parts unknown and i can see why he's appreciated. i guess he was a punk who mellowed out. shame.

seriously if you’re into horror go see hereditary. one of the most confident debut movies I’ve ever seen. makes the witch look like a student film.

in executions by hanging the neck usually snaps after the drop if it's done right so it's quick and easy, dunno if that's usually the case for domestic suicide usually home suicides it’s the old belt tied to a doorknob. not a fun way to go.

i like how jay went from completely neckbeard looking to fairly presentable while mike has deteriorated into a fat slob. i like rlm because it reminds me of some of my dorkier friends, and it's also very midwestern in a way which is nice. but seriously mike is so fucking dumb about movies.

suspiria remake looks good...looks more like early Argento or don’t look now, not the surreal overblown suspiria from 77, which I personally never liked much. call me by your name was one of the best movies of last year so I’m optimistic.

There's absolutely no other way that could've been handled. ^saved me the trouble of typing that out cheers. jfc that comment section is some creepy af conditioning i dunno frankly i don't feel safe from this woman and her beverage. thank god the police violently subdued her or my trip to wildwood, new jersey might have been ruined.
