  1. Some seriously good early 90s vibes on this, especially on 'It isn't my game', 'Woman A Come' 'M-O-E-T' and 'FN' Probably my favourite thing for January. https://boomkat.com/products/love-crime-ee03296b-2238-440f-b80a-347be9fd7a82
  2. The Spectre of Albion is up again now. Don't know how long for.
  3. I'd like to hear this. Also found this too. Must have slipped through the net last year. https://drewmulholland-cis.bandcamp.com/album/a-haunting-strip-of-marshland
  4. Previously a record-day exclusive, the CD is now available. Don't pay the £24.49 that Bleep are asking. WTF. You can get it direct from Eno Shop for a tenner. https://www.enoshop.co.uk/product/ramscd
  5. I doubt it's intentional (given the timing) but this sounds like an homage to the late and great Harold Budd.
  6. I couldn't order this quick enough after I heard the samples.
  7. Some of this sounds okay but I don't think I'm going to like all of it. Still looking forward to hearing it properly.
  8. I know it's a first-world problem. I bought and paid for this on Monday lunchtime. It's a measly £6. But it's Thursday tomorrow and he didn't even reply to my message, in which I was kind and courteous. How hard is to just write a three word response. 'I'm on it.' ?
  9. The problem was I didn't read all that. I just saw the price and clicked buy thinking I was buying an album - in the same way most artists present their stuff. I don't know what is going on with that page. It all seems vague and pointlessly complicated. I'd better get a response tomorrow or I'll be reporting it to Bandcamp.
  10. Preview of all tracks. https://www.decks.de/track/biosphere-angels_flight/chn-bp
  11. I'm waiting to hear from Drew. I bought (what I thought) would be the digitalis only to find I've paid £6 for 1 one track. Why on earth would any artist do this? I'm trying to get the physical version in exchange for what I paid.
  12. This is great. Not a selection of tracks as such. Pure nostalgia. This is great. Not a selection of tracks as such. Pure nostalgia. Also this is good. https://deathisnot.bandcamp.com/album/bristol-pirates

    The KLF

Great respect for this band but ought to release some actual new music instead of all this PR/Stunt bollocks.
  14. This has started to grow on me a bit. It's not the style of his that I prefer but it's got all the 90s rave atmospheres and stuff.
  15. Hopefully, next year we’ll all be looking back on this time rather than having to live through it, In the mean time, raise a glass by the fireside and remember all those past Christmas days that only echo in memory. Listen for the whispered voices of the departed tumbling like shadows from the dark. No matter what’s going on the world, this festive period is always one for entertaining your ghosts. See you on the other side.
  16. The Burial Christmas thing is real. Every year, by the time it hits December, he is anxiously eyeing that Advent Calendar knowing he has to deliver the goods to WATMM. He's probably relaxing now and thinking 'Phew. That's that shit sorted for another year.'
  17. One for the older guys on here, I guess. Here's three I can remember.
  18. It was definitely @jules He created a WATMM tradition that Burial always seems to honour. I think this year, the track is a bit lame. I was hoping for something more like Young Death/Nightmarket or Beachfires. Maybe he just chucked this up because he knew he had the WATMM deadline looming. Lol.
  19. It's that time of year. This just showed up on Japanese website Ototoy. https://ototoy.jp/_/default/p/650204 It just wouldn't be Christmas otherwise.
  20. Incoming... https://ototoy.jp/_/default/p/650204
  21. Bandcamp release of this says December 7th but it's still showing as pre-order.
  22. Had a good listen today. Still a classic album. The extra tracks are worth time too. Lots of stripped down, ambient takes on the pieces that made the album back in 2002.
