    I fucking nailed the the pizzas tonight. I tried using less flour than normal. Once the dough was ready I rolled up the pizza balls without using any flour at all. It made them way more sticky but also easier to handle for some weird reason. Instead when it was time to flatten the pizza balls I threw them onto a plate full of semolina flour. Semolina flour doesn't stick as much to the dough as normal tipo 00 flour and it doesn't burn as easily which means that the dough didn't burn as easily and it also made the crust more crispy. Fuck yeah. The winner pizza was a tomato sauce (homemade), mozzarella, salsiccia, red onion and truffel oil pizza.

    Just don't interact with anyone and only follow people you find interesting or funny. Oh and use Tweetbot so you don't see what people like and actually get things in chronological order. That's my approach and I kinda love Twitter.

    ^That's me playing that fucking game. Fucking witchcraft. I tried that cave like 10-12 times. Then at one point I fell off that wooden structure near the entrance and got attacked by old men and rats.

    Someone convince me to continue playing Elden Ring. I've spent 2 nights playing it and I don't feel like I've made any progress. EDIT: I've just spent 3 hours finding cave after cave, monster after monster that fucking annihilates me in matter of seconds. I'm missing something.

    Epic is rumored to be super chill to work with and have no interest in intervening with people's businesses - even the ones they acquire. I bet it's a way for them to make sure Bandcamp stays around and grows bigger in service of both their users and artists. Epic has been all for giving the majority of their income to the creators of skins, models, and other assets sold on their marketplace.

    Phenomenal gore is the right way of putting it. I watched the Evil Dead remake this morning while working and I had forgotten just how gory it is. I love it so much.

    100% As for the school shooting commentary... the movie tells us that school shooting is bad and at the end two girls are shooting the shit out of Leatherface. Guns are... good? Bad? What are you trying to say, movie? Anyway, the hammer to the leg was perfection.

    Oh, it is by no means a good movie. But it's a gorefest the way you don't see any longer. I'm also a bit of a fan of the Evil Dead remake by Fede Alvarez. I know it's not a good movie and it's far from better than the original movie, but the gore is straight out of the 80s ala if Paul Verhoeven had ever made a horror movie.

    Slightly off topic, but hey... There's an Italian place where I buy sandwiches. They're super simple and I fucking love them. Mozzarella, basil pesto with parmesan, a bit of salad, tomatoes and that's it. So I decided to see if I could replicate my favorite one and bake the bread in my pizza oven. I was pleasantly surprised by the result.
