Halfway through reading the new book, great so far. Just seems to be neatly wrapping up a lot of sideline stories. Some people are complaining about timeline discrepancies but if you know that much about TP then nothing will please you.

I guess it was written in tandem or shortly after the show was filmed. Looking forward to my copy turning up - sounds good to me if it deals with character from the show rather than the history of UFO sightings in the 1960s.

Last week I spent 4 hours walking through some forests by myself in Northern Ireland, listening to just the soundcloud dump. It was a rather magical and relaxing experience. I have no idea what tracks I listened to as it was on random play and I never stopped to look at the screen but it was all pure aphex goodness. thx rdj

^ True, chronologically they don't really sit together well. And it then also depends which version of the pilot you watch.

Watched s7e1 of Walking Dead last night, the torturous baseball bat head slamming episode. Was kinda grim really, not an enjoyable watch. Then watched episode 2 which was pretty crappy (lol CGI tiger) Then as most people have said, im guessing the series goes further downhill but I might keep watching it as I need something mindless atm.

The Caretaker - Everywhere At The End Of Time
Soloman Tump replied to triachus's topic in New & Upcoming Releases
Finally getting round to listening to part 3. Is it me or does the first track end far too abruptly? Like the bandcamp file is clipped. *Edit* maybe intentional, some weird phasing and clipping going on in later tracks. Anyway, I like where this is going. Tracks are a bit more smudged out, reverb and crackle as well as some vaguely familiar piano from previous editions. There was a fascinating show on 6music on Sunday morning around music and memory. Surprised caretaker didn't get a mention. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0998b87- 278 replies
