dcom
A new Digitonal album is always cause for celebration, and Set The Weather Fair doesn't disappoint. Very highly recommended.
dcom
Digitonal doesn't get enough love around here. I've been listening to the full discography today, and it's just amazing, especially Live at the Oxygen Bar - too bad it's not available anywhere anymore, I got it from Bleep (or WarpMart) but it was only available for a short while. I wish I could get to see them live someday. The live at Norberg Festival is great, too, but O² is just on another level. The thing that gets me is the violin on top of beautiful electronics - the first instrument I learned was the violin at 6 yo.
chenGOD
Love Andy’s work. His efforts in getting TEFOSAV running were immense, and it was a project that was a springboard for quite a few artists. will add this to the wish list (could grow that thing exponentially if not careful). Cheers for the heads up.
cern
Can anything by them top 23 Things Fall Apart? That is a legendary Toytronic release! Is it only one guy in Digitonal? There was like 6 persons before.. Why they left?

Definitely, the Oxygen Bar live I mentioned above, and I think The Centre Cannot Hold EP is the best of the studio recordings, Kirsty Hawkshaw on Maris Stella is sublime, and that particular Version of Amberkreiss is just the absolute best.
dcom
There's also this collaborative project a couple of years back with Andy Dobson & Richard Bailey (Proem) as r84d that has already been mentioned, highly recommended. Proem's Twelve Tails drone album is another release on that same label (The 1056). ...as well as Dead Worlds' Zero Point Five EP. It was started by Andy, he had a strong collar with the violinist whose name I forget. 2 hours ago, dcom said: I think The Centre Cannot Hold EP is the best of the studio recordings, Kirsty Hawkshaw on Maris Stella is sublime, and that particular Version of Amberkreiss is just the absolute best. One of the best EPs ever. Beautifully emotive electronic music.

So many great memories. The one artist I wish had continued out of there was cell. Incredible music, really pushed all the boundaries and buttons.
