I cannot find this style of "breakcore" anywhere outside of a bit of Venetian Snares work, with happier synth noises and samples rather than the blatant distortion and anger you seem to get in breakcore; but surely somebody else has got to make it. Can anybody help me out here?

Terminal 11 maybe. Terminal 11 makes me happy, I don't know, I just love terminal 11.

EDIT: I'd check out fractured sunshine.

Good call on Acrnym and Hall of Kings. I love that Cex track too, a total classic, but I'd put that more in the Glitch / "IDM" bracket.

I just love the style of breaks, and the style of sampled chords that are pitched all over the place.

EDIT: Especially on fractured sunshine, really solid album IMO.

This is the sort of thing I was looking for. THANK YOU.

I'll be checking out cockrockdisco in general as well, I think. And that Vorpal track wasn't quite what I meant but it was quite interesting too; reminds me of u-ziq.

I'm now assuming I should check out Terminal11 since I'm a breakcore kid, yes?

Vorpal isn't too breakcore, more like a cool breakbeat. I like him a lot.

Terminal 11 is more like soundcore then breakcore, i don't think he uses any breaks honestly. Samples no doubt.

i guess that's more what I'm looking for - gratuitous use of samples everywhere.
