A lot of people have novel ideas, but the occasions are rare when they have the drive/ambition/talent to actually pull off those projects successfully. I'm happy to say this is one of those cases. :trashbear:

Wow! This to me isn't just a mashup. It sounds like the source tracks have been "abstracted" more than in your mix from last year and therefore the end result sounds more...new, more yours? I don't feel like I need to know where each snippet comes from, this time around. Very nice, respect! Will try to post some recommendations soon.

yo! i never bothered with doing a 'key' for this release, but i will reveal that every single track title with the exceptions of 'Rick Santorum Smokes Salvia Divinorum' 'Juanita Ciardelli' 'Johnny Rocket-Ball' 'Applebaum Watersnake' 'Chicken Hypnotism' 'Would You Say I Have A Plethora Of Piñatas?' 'Abadox' 'Québécoise Italo' are anagrams of the artists that i sampled in them.


For instance

track 18. Arcjet Penhorn = John Carpenter
Track 4. Ramadan Greek Winter Trek = Tangerine Dream and Kraftwerk

fyi, Part 2 will be out by late May/early June.

I'm open to requests of stuff to sample, any ideas? This time the cutoff will be extended to 1985, instead of the previous cutoff of 1984. 1 year makes a much more extreme difference than I had anticipated. Pretty much opens up a whole new world of sampler and fm synth abuse.

I'm currently collecting last minute ideas for 'proto Tuss' sounding stuff from before 1985 here
