Jefferoo - do you like the more recent junglist stuff?

Not really. I feel jungle/dnb in general really fell off around 2000, except for a lot of Tech Itch's stuff, Rewind Records (SK1 & Soundmurderer) and a good percentage of breakcore. I never really liked anything 2-step, except for when Congo Natty does it. Current Value is good when he busts out the Amen Break. I also think Current Value owes his career to Tech Itch.

Shitmat is good for a laugh too.

Raiden's label Voodoo Music is on fire right now. Some tribal sounding halftime biz.

Yep. Big into Flatliners' music at the minute toi

Personally, I don't see how this could be considered drum and bass. I gather a lot of people do. I just don't.

you could say that jungle is the more freaked out style that predated the more produced drum and bass sound, wouldn't bother with it too much though. I once tried to really categorize my music, it's fucking torture. especially with these asshole artists that make more then one type of music, what the fuck man stick with the program I want to put you into my special folders.

TECHNICAL ITCH "THE VIRUS!"

That's the 12" I've been looking for forever! The name escaped me all these years! I just remember a green cover and a wolf face! Stolen from me at a house party!

I have that one. Got it when it was new. Dope as hell. What a shock.

My old roommate spilt some beer on it or something, so the cover is warped. Vinyl still is sweet as pie.

Ok guys. I'm not telling who, but someone finally uploaded a full album of the sickest Japanese ragga-breakcore known to man.

The original release was limited to only 500 cd copies and even fewer vinyl presses. Here's 7 of the total 11 tracks (the other 4 are either noisecore, experimental or downtempo).

Have at em.

eBay or amazon. I looked for years until I found it. When this shit dropped, I missed out because I couldn't read the Japanese web order forms.
