But I only usually go out on a weekday (shiftwork ftw) when there's nobody about and stick to back streets and parks. I don't have a lot of confidence in human beings operating motor vehicles. No music and even a helmet isn't gonna save you if some moron plows into you from behind because they wanted to check their phone/fiddle with the radio.
