Thom Yorke has written an 18 day long track

Read into it more last night. It's not a single 18 day long track, it's three separate tracks of different lengths looped which are played in unison (so there are >18 days of permutations).

ah i see, that's kind of a shame as i thought i read somewhere that nothing was being looped

Looks/sounds really beautiful! Not surprisingly it's like jumping directly into the Radiohead album art and wandering around in it.

Not before I finish watching Andy Warhol's Empire and listening to Cairbou's month long mixtape. Thank god for amphetamines.

Would love to actually see this btw.

If you make 2 one minute loops with a single sample difference in length you can play them for 30 days before they loop.

yeah, it's funny how he's doing something so many of us have experimented with and all of a sudden it's news.. I'll never tire of that technique though.
