on E4 tongiht its the BRAND NEW series.. but its about 6 years old. i swear i saw this exact episode when i was in florida in 2003. anyways i like reno 911, i liked the film too. but i hardley watch it on tv.. but when i do i love it. shame i dont spend more time watching it. i guess its like scrubs, if its on ill love it but thats as far as it goes. it also reminds me of super troopers by the broken lizard people. well funny.

As a big fan of Asimov's work and having seen the tripe that became the adaptation of I, Robot, I think this is a graive mistake. The books are epic and were written by a master. On top of that they've chosen Roland Emmerich to direct. SFX : Foundation Movie Underway

allright, so I have been looking for something similar to these two tracks. but I can't seem to find anything that lives up to my expecations. and, how would you categorize these tracks? breakcore? (I don't like genres btw) everything i've found so far just sounds like shit to me. I guess it's because I like Clarks "gritty" sound, and miss it in everything I find. :\ feel free to post Ace of Base videos as well pea nice

For the Rephlex Summer Solstice SciFi Erotica VIP Braindance Bash. What shall I go as? MS Paint concepts would be helpful. I have a budget of about £30.

i read/heard that the new greenday album was the hardest album they've ever made. it almost pushed the guy over the top. i caught a glimpse of greenday playing one of their new songs on tv a few days ago. WTF!?! it sounds EXACTLY like the rest of their shit, same everything. i am so fucking glad im not a greenday fan. i feel great not being a greenday fan. fuck yeah! EDIT: i might as well add, that even bands who do the same songs all their career, like the ramones or status quo are fucking cool, because they are just cool, and least they accept that fact they did.

"The Walrus is proof that God has a sense of humor." I think I need to supersize this and print it. It just cheers you up, no questions asked. I've seen it a million times, and it's never lost its magic. Please post your favorite Giant Walrus pics.

Doesn't matter if they are not in English. Just looking for some serious mood setters. Even if the cinematography and color usage tells the story better than the actual plot does. More the better! thanks!

Bavarian soft pretzel appreciation thread

I HAVE TO DRIVE DOWN THE ENTIRE GOD DAMN STATE TO A TINY GERMAN DELI TO GET ONE OF THESE. Nothing, no fucking places in Seattle even make these. So it is not really a true cosmopolitan city if you can't get food from any world culture there, now is it? Sure they have "soft pretzels" at K-Mart's cafe or at the local mall but Americans do not make them right. Perhaps because of safety laws -- making a good pretzel involves handling dangerous lye at some stage. I may have made a thread about this before. Who cares, decent soft pretzels deserve recognition. Appreciate.

Saw Ichi the Killer a couple of years back on FilmFour and just recently got a copy of Gozu. Probably some of the most surreal cinema i've seen in a long time. Anyone else?

I discovered Mercan Dede many years ago, before I'd even heard of electronic music or anything, and I have loved his music ever since. The album Seyahatname is his best, and its overall perfect. check out this track, its like Turkish electronic music (you may have to fast forward past the beginning) Anyone know any other music kind of like this? He does sort of a really well done mix of turkish folk music and electronics. Another album kind of like that is the Tuvan group Huun Huur Tu's "Altai Sayan Tandy-Uula" (its like the mongolian throat singing and stuff) Allot of artists do that kind of fakey world fusion, and it turns out complete shit, made by sn…

So I've been DLing a lot of old dub and I am constantly getting cyclic redundancy check errors in u-torrent, when I looked at the u-torrent page it says my hard drive has bad sectors... ok. So I run chkdisk and have it repair the bad sectors, but it didn't help. Any suggestions watmm? The HD will probably fail sometime, but shouldn't chkdisk mark the bad sectors as so and not let the OS use them anymore? Fuck, I just want some more King Tubby, Prince Far I, and 10ft Ganja Plant!

after my incredibly amusing suggestion of using "The Frog" to wipe your arse instead of toilet paper, I got to thinking about all those old Tamiya RC Cars.... they were all the rage when I was about 11 or 12. I did in fact have "The Frog" which was my first proper RC car, but unfortunately it wasn't really that cool compared to the ones my mates had. So anyway, what did you have? The Hornet? The Grasshopper? The Lunchbox? Or you might have been lucky enough to own the hallowed "Avante"... Maybe you had a Technigold motor upgrade or ball-race bearings.... Discuss your RC Car experiences! Here are some pics of some that may bring back memories if you're …

"Man on the street" reaction to shooting 1 2

Don't know if what I find funny about this video will translate well outside of Australian culture but here goes anyway. This is the 'raw' video from the Channel 9 camera shortly after a shooting involving a couple of people in Sydney's dingy Kings Cross area. Site Specific Video Player Link The second hipster douchebag and his pushy little chick are kind of amusing too. If anyone doesn't already know - the word 'wog' is slang in Australia for someone of italian/greek or similar descent.
