i recall ceephax tweeting that he was annoyed by the whole thing- mainly though that he was getting press requests for it and it wasn't him and he just wanted roy of the ravers to step forward for identification, so it it wasn't like an artistic ownership like beef. i dunno. I remember the tweets and stuff you're right. We can only speculate I guess ;p. Weird for the version to be changed now though!

interesting. can't help but feel trump/kushner we're naive in the way they thought to do some financial deals during the elections. either naive, or they actually didn't even want to win. they were hoping to lose and get some money in the process. doing business trump-style. that, or they actually wanted to win and deal with the russians (and arabs/israel) in the process. to me, it only makes sense if they intended to lose the election and tried to gain a lot of investments in their business. Lol like an episode of south park or something? And all this shit trump is doing is him trying to get fired but people are just eating it up en masse? -

I thought the implications RE cohen is that Drumpf A) had some illegal or questionable behaviours that he wanted to cover up and B) paid money to cover them up to influence (or prevent influencing) the election. Not related to Russian collusion really but still perhaps illegal (are you allowed to pay private money to influence an election, even if it's just covering up the truth?). Manafort I thought is the most direct link to Russian anything. The question is whether or not Drumpf knew what Manafort was doing and I thought evidence was pointing towards "yes"? Not to mention when someones credo is "drain the swamp" and people that close to him are obviously up to things incredibly illegal and swamplike..... I'm way way behind on the times when it comes to these things so I'm just saying those are my understandings. -

Have you played with your counterweight at all? Sorry silly question maybe. Tracking force could be the issue. I used to use the minimum recommended tracking force until i started getting skips on only some detroit techno records (ie generally loud kicks/dynamics). I upped the tracking force to the the maximum recommended for my cartridge, and generally have had no skips and same if not better sound quality. Might be wearing out the stylus faster but to me its been a better experience with no skips. But its best to take my anecdote with a grain of salt and research your own setup. On another note.. i'm enjoying seeing all your box sets / physical copies, keep em coming! Im living vicariously while enjoying the digitals. I had a very similar experience but I was keen on dnb and jungle rather than Detroit tech. I have zero technical knowledge of these things but anecdotally remember changing the counterweight/tracking force and having nice results. Hope it's not a vinyl defect mr seaburn. =(

Yeah I always took Joe Rogan to be quite moderate and he's hosted some of my fav commentators out there. Like Candiru said I always thought he'd be an annoying broheim but after hearing a few of his shows found him to be fairly principled, moderate etc. =(

sounds like he has an inferiority complex, brings himself up to get discussion on himself to help validate his own importance (in his own mind) not enough hugs as a child, or siblings treated way better than he was growing up lol "SEE, MY EXPERIENCE AND WHAT I THINK IS IMPORTANT TOO" (I'm totes not being like your friend and bringing up my experience lol) I've got a friend that used to be like yours in a way - we'd be having a conversation and he would just talk REALLY loud over all of us, seemingly without any idea he was doing it. Used it to segue himself into our convos. I do this a lot, not to the extent of lying to make myself fit in, but I have a hard time not talking from a first person perspective. It's really aggravating, because although I know that it comes off as incredibly selfish, it's the only mode of conversation I know how to naturally carry forth because it's how I relate to the world. I guess I'll just have to slowly train myself out of it. I hate myself. I hate the way I go about living. Argh. Makes me just want to give up socially but I know that would destroy my brain and I'd probably eventually get let go from my jobs for being an antisocial weirdo. ^ For sure!
