    Anyone else notice how the 'mysterious chime' section of MT1 t29r2 bears a resemblance to a portion of Squarepusher's Windscale 2? At 1:00 here... ... not unlike 2:41 into here: Coincidence surely, but interesting how the sections fulfill similar purposes in both track's arrangements!

    I've listened to Field Day LP multiple times but it hasn't really resonated like other releases. 'em2500 M253X' is a lush little mysterious tune and I'd be especially interested to know how it was made, quite Bibioesque. 'T23 441' is probably my fav; badass stuttery microtuned mayhem, definitely feelin these two, the others not so much. The giant SWISH sound 44 seconds into 'T08 tx16w dx1 ensemble h949' is just mean, I always forget exactly when it happens and have to brace myself and it freaks me out every time! Post-Collapse EP I am definitely noticing similarities in the aesthetic approach with Field Day, though these sound more off-the-cuff to me, like jams as opposed to Collapse where everything sounds laboured-over and heavily considered.

    Really enjoy Collapse & pthex but 1st 44 & Abundance are standing out a mile for me... Best tracks of the Post-Syro Renaissance so far.

    Yeah this EP is wonderful. Some of the drukqsiness has returned but with his own interpretations of more 'modern' electronic music tropes sprinkled in. Also really liking the recognisable vintage drum machine sounds and the juxtaposition of hearing them in such a contemporary context. I know a lot of artists do that with all the 808 fetishism of recent years but RDJ just pushes it to a new frontier.

Out of that consistently fascinating 2.5 hour interaction the above superficial blip is what causes a tremendous conservative paroxysm through the media resulting in stock losses and some execs fucking leaving the company!?(granted we don't have all the info there with regard to the politics within Tesla but still...)

    I've some genralised anxiety which has been increasing in severity, mostly pertaining to perceived societal pressure to reach arbitrary milestones at certain ages... In some ways I am well ahead of the mean and in others I seem well behind my peers. It's weird being aware of how these concerns stem from mostly within myself and yet still allowing them to bother me... I guess it's hard to ignore when the dominant cultural metric by which happiness and success are measured is monetary. I've yet to find a job I can honestly be excited about and the whole notion of working at anything for 40+ hours per week is a difficult hurdle for me ideologically. I lose myself completely in gardening and music and the time outside my actual job just vapourises leaving little time to spend with my partner and friends. The balance seems so difficult to strike as success in one of these areas of interest will likely be at the sacrifice of others... Very relieved I don't have children at this juncture. Big respect for you Watmms that do though; it ain't easy.

    Mastered? afaik yes Altered? Apart from some name changes, the only one gone through some rougher treatment is 28 organ. The bleepstore version (on ComeTo Daddy EP) doesn't have the vocoder (?) part from ~4:49-5:29. As for the titles I prolly should mention these Chink 101=clissold 101 [dat28 otari] (Surfing On Sine Waves) blue carpet = bank lullaby (Come To Daddy) flabbard [DAT 14] = Gak 7 e,+3 Other are just some variations such as Hilo = Hilow And merry maidens is the short 2 min version Adding to this: SC track '30 MS Short' is in the Bleep store as 'gak5 e,+3' SC track '2 Bradley Un' is in the Bleep store as 'gak6 e,+3'
