.. i think the pro controller >is not< what everyone is referring to, and that issue is more specific to joycons. for me, distance from switch to joycons plays a big part (ie. over 3m and forget it). but pro controller is generally fine. (((edit::: seems this isn't what Joycon drift is.. and this is just joycons being joycons). nintendo generally have pretty good customer support if you call them. or maybe try a replacement from where you got it from ?

XHK - XH HX / KXH is not even remotely Gescom.. unless it's labelled as such or suggested to be considered part of the Gescom project.
