  1. Drake's new album is fucking terrible as expected
  2. Yes the pricing is insane. Cd sold out .................
  3. I know right! Comes close to scaring the hoes as best hip hop ive heard all year
  4. It's out! Amazing album Wish there was more traffic for Pangaea on this forum
  5. The day they release something might never come. I never post around these parts because we just have nothing to work with when it comes to answering OPs question in the title. I rarely listen to BoC bc I want to keep the music special. In case nothing new ever comes out I won't be tired of the existing albums. Whatever ends up happening im here for it!
  6. Final verdict after giving it about 8 listens is that I think this album is a massive grower. At first I thought I wasnt going to like it as much because everything seemed to flow together. After a while you start picking up patterns throughout the tracks and it becomes better to follow. I still don't know if I prefer this over Age of.. and Magic because I really like the more accesible sound of those albums but it has kept me coming back for more. A lot of people were comparing this to R+7 since it gets sampled on this thing a couple of times. I'm glad it doesn't sound like R+7 2.0 because I never fully got into that album. This one is clicking with me way more! Classic OPN! Maybe the album could've used a better overall theme because everything does sound a bit put together right now but that's fine. 8/10!

  8. really excited to dive into this album during the weekend. I cant keep up with all the great releases this week. New OPN, Lee Gamble, Kamaal Williams and Joy Orbison. I listened to krumville just now and that was amazing. Curious to see what all the tracks sound like with good quality audio.
  9. Oh my Im loving this second track. The first one was okay but the beatwork really adds to the atmosphere of this new cut. There is something about Lee Gambles ability to make hazy ambience that I love a lot. Im even more excited for this release now, although the album seems to run a little short runtime wise. Its only 30 minutes according to boomkat.
  10. new ep ish thing out now. Great archived material!
  11. This is the Blake I like. The sounds are not as barebones as his early stuff and there are no whining ballads. What we are left with is a great combination of soulful electronics that can still hit hard in some places and great emtional singing. My favorite is currently I Want You To Know but Fall Back, Tell Me, Big Hammer and Asking To Break are stand outs to me as well. Thanks James! What a great year for music
  12. Hemlock released some awesome stuff back in the day.
  13. This does nothing for me at all... i don't understand why he seems to be determined to still make everything sound so bland. He used to make cool shit (endtroducing.... and the private press) but he needs to win me over again
  14. I have never been able to get into this guy tbh. His early dubstep works were too skeletal for me and the singer songwriter thing he started doing after his early EPs turned me off completely. I wonder if this is going to change my mind.

  16. Holy shit there are so many tracks here. Love Speedy J. The first couple of tracks are bangers but I need to be in a certain mood to listen to harsher techno like some of these tunes.
  17. If you'd play any track from Magic OPN or Age Of... on the radio most people would get a stroke. People that say he hasn't been weird in a while need to go back and listen to his albums again because compared to 'normal' popular music his shit has always been weird as fuck. The only thing that would make him less weird is the one time he had the weeknd on a track of his I guess. Anyway, I love age of and magic opn and I return to them quite a lot, more than I thought I was going to. Also love that Warp didnt announce this album 5 months before release (like they do with most releases these days). I wanted to check out the leak so I skimmed through it. Turned it off after a couple of skips because the leak was such bad quality (but the snippets sounded weird alright). 10 days remaining!
  18. AH well I might have come across as a little bit too hostile in my last post. I personally don't really see all of Fred's music as mainstream radio stuff. He produces plenty of UK Garage tinted music and I have never heard UKG on the modern radio at all. He also only has one or two actual mainstream hits. Anyway, to each their own I guess, I would wish a reptile brain as good as mine on ayone lol.
  19. I don't understand the people that hate on someone just because they are mainstream. If you can't enjoy a good accessible banger every now and then I can't image what vibe you give off about your music opinions in real life. Some real "☝" stuff. He isn't like some David guetta type rip off disgusting EDM artist.
  20. Set was amazing. He really tailored his livesets to the Amsterdam crowd with a Dutch influenced remix of rumble. He also introduced some new stuff. Only downside was that he didn't play Turn On The Lights Again..
