After my session today i was angry at my therapist because i asked him what i can do in certain situations where i get very anxious and he didnt really had a clue or seemed to put some effort in it. so afterwards i went straight to the library and borrowed a book about social anxiety and after 30min of reading i found some helpful tips and ideas. so WTF are they learning at the university for 51/2 years if he cant even give me some basic suggestions on my problem ??!?

I cant listen to music while going somewhere its making me anxious as fuck and i would do strange movements too ,how other people stand still like a statue while listening to music with huge headphones is beyond me.

my aunt is a psychiatrist specialized on psychoanalysis based on C.G. Jung (super weird stuff btw) that means a lot of talking. I visited here yesterday cause i had an emergency anxiety problem and she asked me if i can recall something negative from before i was 1 year old and i was like what is this shit but then she made a statement which felt like a sword being pushed threw me and i went total calm and that whole conversation took about 15 min. My current therapist cant do shit like that lol Kattin did you ever went to a support group or group based session cause the group practice i´m visiting offers that and i´m not sure to go, any experience ?

Pillars of Eternity , beautiful deep game but the loading times are killing me, its a 2D Isometric game why da fk does is need to load for about 10 sec if i enter a room. Witcher 3, is much more complex ,demanding on graphics and cpu and still the transitions are fluent. Anyone programmer here who might have an answer ?

lol i wouldnt go there for socializing, people are not very open minded as you think, its also ranked around nr 60 by expats regarding friendliness.

well there are different possibilities but to be honest i dont have bad expierience with mental health workers maybe because i live in Vienna which is the birthplace of psychology and a very social orientied city too. for a first impression look on the internet, call the person or if you have this in the us go to a group practice where you can talk to a few psych. at once. I choose to go to the psych. university because you can change anytime your psych. and its extremly cheap (15€ per hour) the only problem is that your therapist is actually a student in his last term.

i think "governments" release those videos from time to time to distract people, just imagine how much time & focus people lose of analyzing those dumb video which in most cases its something military thats being tested or a weather phenomenon.
